Sensible and generous in his gastronomic expressions, lover of the products goodness of the land of origin, Andrea Manca has dedicated himself with passion for almost twenty years to the cuisine of the Mythos restaurants.

Originally from Puglia, born in San Pietro Vernotico, he devoted his life to cooking and to the incessant discovery of traditional Italian cuisine.

After a path of growth in the Mythos hotels chain, in particular at the Grand Hotel Savoia in Cortina, Chef Manca moved in the 2018 to Grand Hotel Presolana in Castione della Presolana, where he personally takes care of the preparation of all the dishes menu of our restaurant “La Stella Alpina ".
